Good breakfast and friendly staff, clean and comfortable restaurant and bathroom, with excellent shower pressure. Location is convenient for town center and bars, within a short walk. Will choose it again on future visits.

The receptionist kindly stored my bags before check-in and even after check-out, making it so convenient for me to explore the city. I also loved the hotel's bar with a great selection of fine gins. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The decor was lovely, and I appreciated the safety of the card keys for the rooms. it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Lime St Station and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the city. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a range of options to choose from. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
The noise from the nearby nightclub was quite disturbing during the night, affecting the quality of our sleep.

The location was perfect, with easy access to bus stops and a short walk to shops and attractions. The restaurant was stylish and the staff attentive, adding to the overall experience. This hotel is a hidden gem in a prime location. It's situated in a nice area in the heart of the city, making it perfect for exploring all the attractions Liverpool has to offer. The rooms are comfortable and have character, with decent facilities including a great shower. The staff provide excellent service, with attention to detail and a friendly attitude. The breakfast is a highlight, with eggs cooked fresh to order and a range of options to choose from.

I had a fantastic stay in this city center hotel. The location was ideal, as it was easy to walk to the main attractions and very close to everything. The staff were lovely, providing helpful and friendly service. The hotel facilities were great, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
